We see sport as important at DMSC. Our two houses compete anually in swimming, athletics and cross country events, as well as some students further representing the college up to state level in these events. Teams representing the college also participate in other sports, such as football, hockey and cricket, at local and regional levels.

Our sport houses are Hindmarsh and Wimmera.

Students participate in swimming and athletics carnivals in term 1 each year. The inter-house cross country is held during term 2 with students running either a 3 kilometre or 5 kilometre track.
